This precision-engineered Cable Shift Kit is designed specifically for the Subaru 5MT with the Subarugears nose. The kit bolts directly into the T3 Vanagon floor pan, and offers precise shifting and an extremely enjoyable drive!

Built to last and CNC machined from billet aluminium and stainless steel, this kit delivers a crisp, positive gear change that feels tight and incredibly smooth. With this kit, you’ll be selecting gears better than ever! The 'throw' of the gear lever is fully adjustable so you are able to set the responsiveness of the gear selector exactly how you like it! 

The kit is SUPER easy to install! With our easy to follow instruction video, a complete novice can install this kit with ease. 

The kit bolts directly into the pre-existing bolt holes of the transmission and the shifter mechanism itself bolts directly into the pre-existing holes in the floor pan of the T3 Vanagon. It's like it was meant to be there!!

*To save confusion, this listing is for the Subaru 5 speed  manual transmission if you are using the SUBARUGEARS flipped ring and pinion to reverse the drive of the transmission and using the SUBARUGEARS nose. We also offer a cable shift kit for the Subaru 5 speed manual if using the REVERSARU RGB's (instead of the flipped ring and pinion) - and that kit can be found in a different listing in our online store. 

*The gear stick is not included. You have the option of cutting your original gear stick down to use in the selector mechanism, or you can purchase a gear stick separately from our online store.
