SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Reversaru offer free shipping worldwide. We utilize Fed Ex, Australia Post, TNT and DHL for shipping / delivery. Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping notification containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress. Due to the fact that we utilise a third party company to deliver the items, we cannot, and therefore do not, guarantee a delivery time frame. Reversaru will not be liable for delayed deliveries. Any shipping time frames that are given by us are an estimate only and not a guarentee. We will not ship to a PO Box.

Where you place separate orders, the goods will be delivered separately and a separate shipping charge (and additional shipping charge/ international shipping charge if applicable) will apply to each order. Reversaru cannot always consolidate separate orders into one delivery.

Where you order more than one item in one order, all goods for which your order is accepted at the same time will be dispatched together where practicable. However, in some cases goods may be dispatched separately. This is at Reversaru’s sole discretion and may occur where the goods are being dispatched from different locations, where the goods are of different types and/or dimensions, or where the goods have different availability statuses.

In addition to the price displayed on the website, you may also need to pay any additional shipping charges which are not shown in your shopping cart but which we incur because you live in an area where light aircraft or barge transport is required, or to which our delivery partners do not provide a door-to-door service. These include, without limitation, Christmas Island, Norfolk Island, Lord Howe Island, Roma and Nhulunbuy. 

Such charges may apply even where the item is shown on the website as having “free delivery”, “free freight”, “free shipping” or something similar. If you live in an area to which an additional shipping charge will apply, Reversaru will contact you to provide you with a quote for the additional shipping charge. If, within the timescale specified, you do not agree to accept the additional shipping charge, Reversaru will cancel your order. Reversaru will not dispatch your order until you have confirmed your acceptance of the additional shipping charge and payment by you has been made.


Where requested, Reversaru will deliver to PO Boxes or Postal Lockers in Australia where possible based on the size of the goods. Where it is not possible to deliver the goods to a PO Box or Postal Locker and you have input a PO Box or Postal Locker as the delivery address when placing your order, Reversaru will email you to arrange an alternative delivery address.

  • Reversaru does not guarantee the dispatch or delivery or availability of goods within the estimated delivery times listed on the product page or during checkout, or any other timeframes otherwise specified by Reversaru or any of its staff.
  • Due to the fact the automotive parts that Reversaru offer are low volume, custom parts, there may be delays on manufacturing and therefore delivery times ma also be affected. 
  • Stock availability and events outside Reversaru control (including adverse weather conditions, traffic conditions and governmental action, supply shortage, supplier delays) may cause delays, or in some circumstances, prevent your goods from being delivered.
  • Delays are particularly likely to occur during busy sale periods such as those around product launches, Christmas, Easter and public holidays.
  • Except to the extent expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions or otherwise required by law (including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law), neither Reversaru nor any of its agents will be liable to you, or any other person, for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered as a direct or indirect result of any delay in delivery of the goods to you or availability of goods, whether in contract, negligence or any other tort, equity, restitution, strict liability, under statute or otherwise at all.


TAXES AND CUSTOMS:

Please be aware that when the goods arrive in your country, you may be subject to local taxes, duties and / or customs clearance fees as per the prevailing regulations and shipping company. The shipping / freight company may handle the assessment and collection of these duties and charges on your behalf during the delivery. This approach helps a seamless experience for you and lessens any potential delays in receiving your order. None of the following taxes are including  in the purchase price
