TOP SHAFT DIMENSIONS AND INFORMATION:

You can purchase a 'Reversaru Top Shaft' from the online store! The Reversaru Top Shafts are specifically manufactured for use with the Reversaru Kit. Or - if you have a TZ1A or TZ1B transmission you can use the top shaft from your transmission but you would need to have it machined / modified as per the correct specifications. (See video below - Top shaft dimensions and information).

One of the most common questions we have had about the top shaft is: "If i have already modified my top shaft to be used with a chain driven kit, can it be used with the Reversaru kit?" The answer is YES but it needs to be machined and have further modifications.

NOTE: Before your top shaft is modified you must watch the video below labelled 'Top Shaft Dimensions & Information' below. This video must be watched by the person who is modifying the shaft.

The top shaft from the TZ1A or TZ1B transmission will need to be modified according to the measurements and specifications shown in the diagram and the video below. The shaft will need to be modified by using a lathe and accurate measuring tools. Tolerance of +- 0.05mm.

If you have a TV1 Transmission you will need to source a top shaft from a TZ1A or TZ1B transmission and modify it and then install it into your TV1B.
