Transparency is a big deal to us, so it’s important that you know what you’re agreeing to as a valued customer of Reversaru. There are some conditions we would like you to be aware of because by accessing www.reversaru.com you are agreeing to these conditions:

THE LEGAL STUFF

The website www.reversaru.com (the “Site” or “Website”) is an online shopping website where you can browse, select, and order products advertised by Reversaru.

You agree to receive communications from us and from our third-party service providers and you agree to accept "cookies" and other similar devices used by this Website to perform our services. You also agree that we may call or email you about any incomplete or unconfirmed enquiry you make through our Website. Further information on the use of data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

DISCLAIMERS

Reversaru has taken every care to ensure that the information posted on the Site is correct and up to date at the time of publishing on the Internet and we reserve the right to update, change or delete any information at any time. We shall not be responsible for any detriment incurred by reliance you place on this Site or its contents. However, Reversaru will endeavour to correct any inaccuracies once we become aware of them. 

Illustrations and photos contained on the Site are sample representations of the products advertised, and variations to parts of the site may occur from time to time, including but not limited to; colours, designs, and product lines and items. 

NOTE: Refunds will not be given for 'noise' from using the Reversaru reverse drive kit. In comparison to the chain driven reversal kits on the market for the Subaru 4EAT transmission, the Reversaru kit is by far the quietest. However, while the Reversaru product is ‘quiet’, it is important to note that ‘quiet’ does not mean ‘silent’. The helical cut gears in the Reversaru kit help reduce noise, but due to the nature of what is being achieved (the diff pinion & ring gear is spinning in the opposite direction) and 3x gears being introduced into the rear of the transmission, in our opinion it would be impossible to achieve absolute ‘silence’ in a reverse drive kit for the 4EAT transmission. So, there may be a slight, appropriate gear noise from the transmission.
Please keep in mind that incorrect backlash can and will cause excessive noise, so setting the backlash between the top gear and centre gear to 0.06mm is imperative.

Another factor for noise from the transmission is the age and mileage on your donor transmission. Each transmission is second hand and many of the transmissions have an unknown history of how hard they have been driven and how often they were serviced, or if they have ever been serviced at all, so these are some other contributing factors to possible noises in the transmission.

CHANGES

Reversaru reserves the right to change any features of this Site including but not limited to; materials, hours of availability, warranty, product maintenance procedures, discount & sales offers and may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts of or the entire Site without notice or liability. 

As we always seek to provide our customers with the most competitive prices, we reserve the right to change prices displayed for products on the Site at any time. 

ORDERS

An order submitted by you is an offer by you to purchase goods for the price plus the shipping charge as shown at the time of submission of your Order and any applicable additional shipping charge or international shipping charge. Reversaru may accept or reject your offer in its absolute discretion. In particular, but without limitation, Reversaru may reject orders for commercial quantities of goods. Please ensure that you enter all information carefully when placing your order. When placing the order, you are confirming to Reversaru that all information provided by you in relation to the order is complete, true and accurate.

If you place an order for someone else to receive the order you must obtain their consent before providing Reversaru with their personal information and, by placing the order, you confirm that you have done this.

Reversaru reserves the right to change the payment methods that can be used for orders at any time in its absolute discretion.

The images used within our online store are examples only and Reversaru does not guarantee that the item you purchase will be identical in form, shape or colour, to the images used on our online store.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Reversaru reserves the right to cancel, at any time before delivery and for whatever reason, an order that it has previously accepted. Reversaru may do this for example, but without limitation, where:

(a) Reversaru suppliers are unable to supply goods that they have previously promised to supply;

(b) An event beyond Reversaru control such as storm, fire, flood, earthquake, terrorism, power failure, war, strike or failure of computer systems, means that Reversaru is unable to supply the goods within a reasonable time;

(c) Goods ordered were subject to an error on the website, for example, in relation to a description, stock levels, price or image, which was not discovered prior to the order being accepted;

PRODUCT PRICES

Prices displayed on the Site represent the full price in $USD for the product itself. This price may not include postage/delivery charges which will depend on the destination.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

This Site contains patent pending items, copyright material, registered and non-registered trademarks that are protected by law and are the property of Reversaru and various third parties (“intellectual property rights”). You must not use our material and any of the marks or trademarks appearing on the Site or our name without our prior written consent. 

ONLINE PURCHASING ACCOUNT

You agree to provide a true, complete and accurate email address, delivery address(es), billing address(es) and telephone number and to keep these details up to date. Incorrect information provided could lead to a delay in delivering your product(s) or non-delivery of your products. 

By placing an order with Reversaru you give Reversaru permission to subscribe you to marketing emails. You can opt-out/unsubscribe from these emails at any time. To unsubscribe, click the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of all emails sent by Reversaru and follow the steps. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Reversaru shall not be liable for any lost profits, lost savings, loss of reputation, loss of goodwill, any kind of commercial or economic loss, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the agreement of the sale of any products or services by Reversaru or the use thereof whether or not such damages are based on tort, warranty, contract or any other legal theory – even if Reversaru has been advised, or is aware, of the possibility of such damages.

Reversaru aggregate and cumulative liability towards Buyer under any agreement shall not exceed an amount of ten percent (10%) of the related agreement.  

The limitations and exclusions set forth above in this Limitation and Liability Section shall apply only to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law. 

COMPLIANCE: 

Reversaru do not claim that the Subaru 4EAT transmission reverse drive kit, electric shift kit or any other parts that are sold by Reversaru are compliant or road legal within your country, state, province or region.

The Reversaru reverse drive kit, the electric shift kit, and any other parts that you purchase from Reversaru must be inspected and certified by a mechanical engineer and the relevant authorities or governing bodies in relation to road safety and vehicle registration in your country, state, province or region. This is to ensure that the transmission reversal kit, electric shift kit and all other other parts purchased from Reversaru comply to local law. It is also to ensure that all of the Reversaru kits and parts that have been installed onto your vehicle are permissible for use within the Subaru 4EAT transmission while being driven on public roads in your country, state, province or region.

The above mentioned inspection and certification must take place after the reverse drive kit has been installed into the Subaru 4EAT transmission, but prior to the end cover plate being installed. A second inspection is also required after the transmission has been installed into the motor vehicle. Once again, this is to ensure that the vehicle and transmission are both inspected and certified and deemed to be roadworthy and safe by the relevant governing bodies in your country, state, province and/or region prior to the vehicle being driven on public roads.
