Warranty

At REVERSARU, we stand behind the quality of our products and we offer a 12 month repair/replace warranty for any defects in materials or workmanship for the items you purchase from us. If you encounter any faulty products that cannot be repaired, we will cover the shipping expenses for delivering new replacement items. When returning any items to Reversaru, for any reason, the shipping costs and all associated taxes, customs clearances and fees are at the buyers expense. 

It is important to be aware that costs related to labour, installation, or transmissions are not covered under this warranty. We want to be clear on this aspect to avoid any misunderstandings and disappointment.

In order for us to evaluate any faulty parts we reserve the right to request inspection and/or detailed, specific photographs and/or videos of the vehicle and parts involved in any warranty claim(s). This allows us to assess the situation and determine the approval or denial of the claim with fairness and accuracy. Replacement parts will only be offered after the goods that are deemed to be faulty have been returned to Reversaru for inspection. 

A refund, replacement part or repair will not be offered if you:

 - Modify the product

- Misuse the product

- Use the product in a vehicle that has tires that are taller than 26 inches.

- Use a transmission that does not have a 4.44 final drive ratio

- Do not install an operational transmission oil cooler and fan

- Do not maintain the product as specified by us in any online instructions or maintenance manuals, documents or forms

- Do not abide by user instructions (digital or printed), or packaging labels

- Do not have the product installed by a qualified and licensed mechanic 

- Change your mind or have purchased an incorrect product

- Do not send a video showing the vehicle, the tire size, the transmission code and the oil cooler & fan installed in the vehicle. *The above mentioned video must be sent to info@reversaru.com if a warranty claim is made. Photos of the damaged or failed part(s) must also be sent.

NOTE 1: The transmission code will be on a sticker and the code will start with TZ1A or TZ1B

TO LODGE A WARRANTY CLAIM THE FOLLOWING STEPS MUST BE FOLLOWED:

1. Please read the entire warranty section on this web-page above before emailing your warranty claim. By submitting your warranty claim you acknowledge that you have read and understand the warranty that is offered by Reversaru.

2. Ensure / check that the product is within the 12 month warranty period. The warranty period is 12 months from when the product was purchased. While in certain circumstances we may be willing to offer replacement parts or support outside of the 12 month warranty period, it is important to note that the warranty period is 12 months only.

3. Email your warranty claim to: info@reversaru.com

4 . Please have your full name and order number in the subject line of the email.

5. Within the email, please explain in detail the symptoms or issue that you are experiencing with the part(s).

6. Please include the video and photos that are mentioned in the warranty terms above regarding tire size, transmission code and transmission cooler etc.

7. After we receive the warranty claim email we will assess the situation and will be in touch.
